“Sheehan’s cinematic approach to the music is what makes it stand out. Each song is like a screenplay...well-crafted...melodic.!”

Between 1974 and 2001, Tom Sheehan played well over 3,500 shows in bars, hotels, coffeehouses, colleges, clubs and theaters. In fact, Tom will tell you that he was such a mercenary at one point that “I would have played in the men’s room if you paid me.”

He has toured the country several times, region-by-region, and most- ly with the support of the AAA (Adult Album Alternative) radio stations across the United States. He played is final show in February 2001 at Highland Ground in Hollywood, California.

Touring and live performances are not high on his list of priorities - except he’d accept any invitation to play Gruene Hall or Luckenbach Hall, both in Texas.

He will surely play live shows again, but for the next few years, his fo- cus will be on writing and recording new songs. When he does tour, he tours in a solo acoustic environment where his poignant, thoughtful, and often, disturbing lyrics come to the forefront.
